This week, I figured the best article would be about goal setting. With the new year, let’s start off GREAT! And find a way to keep it going for the whole year. Think of your health and fitness goals, is it to eat healthier? Run a 5K? Run more? Join a gym? Work on just YOU? Let’s talk about some of these potential goals you may have in mind.

Working Hard- Whether you see me or not
I do have something for this week, and I want to explore interesting studies about runners- I have been running since the age of 11, back when it wasn’t “cool”, and I was made fun of a lot about it. So now that my book analysis is completed, let's stop bullsh*tting ourselves, time to get back what we know. This week is the first week of my second mini-series, my overall goal is to get you more informed and ready for things like fall racing. At the end of the series, I will post a sample training plan for those who are interested, and if you want a more individualized one, please feel free to reach out and discuss.
