Hi WhatNot Family!

Coach Thor here stopping in for an update! Boss Mommy has been super duper busy!
She and daddy had this thing called a Yard Sale? But we still own the yard, so not sure what it was about, all I know is that she and daddy threw a bunch of stuff on the lawn and then took it all away after 4 hours. She said that day was a workout just getting everything outside.
Then she and daddy went and made a game room an office, Boss Mommy wanted a place to do her work and all her fun WhatNot stuff. And daddy needed a place to work, when he works from home – although when they both work from home they should be cuddling me! Boss Mommy when she is in there sits on this ball thing, it looks too big for Loki to catch, but looks fun. Boss Mommy sad it is to help her back and core.
She has also been working on a review of Mr. Taff-purr’s book. Don’t Bullsh*t Yourself! She is sad she keeps falling behind because she is working on other WhatNot stuff and working out constantly, so she bought a second version to listen too, so she can get that review done and get the other more exciting things posted.
Boss Mommy has also been working on motivating daddy and Runpa with “challenges,” she got daddy to walk with her and they play a game where they catch things, but those things are stuck in the phone and some are cute (but not cuter than me), and she got Runpa to do a Fitbit challenge to get him to get more steps. She says the best motivation for her is being around people who care, she has her family (here) and her Yes.Fit family (online), that she talks to to motivate her. What is your work out motivation? Accountability partners? Competition? Rewarding? Personal Challenges?

I like to have a specific running goal at all times and for strength a program to follow. I have tried programs from different sources, but if I have something I should be doing then I do much better than just lifting! 😀
