Whey Too Much? Never
This week, I’m diving into the power of protein. After working with a personal trainer and upping my protein intake, I learned just how essential it is for building and maintaining muscle mass (especially when paired with strength training!). Protein isn’t just for bodybuilders — it’s for runners, new moms, and anyone looking to support their body’s recovery and growth. Think of your health and fitness goals, is it to eat healthier? Run a 5K? Run more? Join a gym? Work on just YOU? Let’s talk about some of these potential goals you may have in mind.
Working Hard- Whether you see me or not
I do have something for this week, and I want to explore interesting studies about runners- I have been running since the age of 11, back when it wasn’t “cool”, and I was made fun of a lot about it. But that is beside the point, the running world has grown substantially since then, and new information/studies are coming out constantly on runners.
