Wahoo! It’s a new week, and last week we focused on Spice Tolerance. This week let’s keep it spicy again and look at the update research on chili peppers and capsaicin. To begin, earlier this year the University of Mosul, found that chili peppers, especially red, have great health benefits such as, helping with: Abnormal … Continue reading Pepper Pulse: The Capsaicin Update You Didn’t Know You Needed

Too Hot to Handle? The Truth About Spice Tolerance
We are back this week, and going to be better than ever, currently working on subscription only content (however this will always remain open for everyone to read), as well as cleaning up/updating our recipe section to add a little more content. But let’s move on to the topic of this week, SPICE TOLERANCE. As we know from the past, I have a huge love, obsession, and wide knowledge of all things with heat. Working Hard- Whether you see me or not
I do have something for this week, and I want to explore interesting studies about runners- I have been running since the age of 11, back when it wasn’t “cool”, and I was made fun of a lot about it. But that is beside the point, the running world has grown substantially since then, and new information/studies are coming out constantly on runners.
