This weekend is the Disney World Marathon- this is something I have done in the past, and over the years I have seen a massive rise in the RunDisney races, so I thought it would be fun into looking into this race in particular and along with the WHY people love to run these races.
Health and Wellness
New Year – New You
This week, I figured the best article would be about goal setting. With the new year, let’s start off GREAT! And find a way to keep it going for the whole year. Think of your health and fitness goals, is it to eat healthier? Run a 5K? Run more? Join a gym? Work on just YOU? Let’s talk about some of these potential goals you may have in mind.
Stressed Out – Ashwagandha
Time to explore something new – ashwagandha, something I started taking myself recently after being highly recommended from by my personal trainer. This is something I knew a little about, but not a whole lot, and when I did the research, I was impressed by what it can do.

MSG – Monosodium Glutamate
This week, I want to take a look at MSG, and the issues that come with it. It is often used in restaurants, canned vegetables, soups, deli meats, and other various foods as a flavor enhancer, and in some cases in replacement of things like salt.
Working Hard- Whether you see me or not
I do have something for this week, and I want to explore interesting studies about runners- I have been running since the age of 11, back when it wasn’t “cool”, and I was made fun of a lot about it. But that is beside the point, the running world has grown substantially since then, and new information/studies are coming out constantly on runners.
Diabetes: Misconceptions
I apologize for no post last week; I was sick and getting all the rest I could get. If you are wondering why there was not anything written and scheduled to be posted, well the answer is sometimes there is and sometimes, I take extra-long to draft certain articles to make sure I give excellent quality information. This topic was one of those articles I wanted to take my time on.
Food and Exercising Journaling: Helpful or Hurtful
It can be very tiresome to continually record all the details of your meals and/or exercises. However, keeping a journal of these things makes it easier for your own health because it identifies patterns and habits that you have developed in your meals and/or workout routine.
What do you want to eat? Intuitive Eating
This week, I wanted to touch base on something that I was inspired by from my child. And that is because healthy children have the full ability to do this. #wordpress #wordpressblog #inuitiveeating #nutrition #whatnothealthcoaching #healthcoaching
