Brunch didn’t catch on immediately in Britain, but it found fertile ground in the United States as train travel became more common, allowing people to stop in cities for a late morning meal. Hotels and upscale restaurants began offering brunch menus to cater for this new clientele. By the 1950s, brunch had become a fashionable way to spend a leisurely Sunday.

Fast forward to today, and brunch has become a global phenomenon. It’s become not just a meal, it’s a social event, a lifestyle, and for many, a weekly ritual.  From bottomless mimosas and avocado toast to vegan scrambles and fusion dishes, brunch menus.

Brunch has become more than just a convenient meal—it’s a celebration of slowing down, it’s about catching up with friends, indulging in comfort food, and savoring the weekend.  Where is your favorite place to have brunch?
