Hello WhatNot Health Coaching Family-

I know I was suppose to have an article about eating healthy on the run, however life and the holidays got in the way. So like my Taffer review, this will be delayed as well, it may (well probably) come in the new year.

However, today I do want to make a quick mention of the death of legendary football player and former Steeler, Franco Harris, he left the city of Pittsburgh with a great legacy and his life was cut short right before he was honored for the Immaculate Reception. I heard the news yesterday within 30 minutes of it breaking. A few years ago, I was at a Steelers v Bills game with my dad, we were at a pregame tailgate party, and I saw Franco come in and my dad turned around when I mentioned he just wanted in and my dad shook his hand. Something I think my dad will never forget now.

I don’t have much more to say about him that hasn’t already been said out there, but take a moment and cherish these holiday’s with you family.

We will be taking a small break to catch up with what life threw at us these last weeks and to enjoy the holidays. I will be making minor posts to the other pages for the next week. Any updates will be posted on all social media first. Coach Thor may decide to sub in if he doesn’t toss the computer off the desk (he decided to take up a new sport of tossing random items).
