Hi WhatNot Health Coaching Family-

Coach Thor here, needing to step in, Boss Mommy has been super busy working on her keychains, Christmas shopping, and redoing her and Daddy’s office. She is hoping the new office set up will help her bring you more information at a quicker pace.

She is also working on her healthy food on the go article, it was suppose to be a series, but she thinks she can do it in one article (she is still not opposed to a few articles). When she and daddy goes to the gym or out shopping and wants something quick, she has been finding healthier options. Whether it is mostly a veggie option or something that you can get in smaller portions that are just as filling, like a kids meal somewhere. She said it isn’t strange because she is a kid at heart, plus it is smaller portions which is good calorie wise and filling too. She says that kids meals should be for all since the western diet portions are so huge and not everyone wants a large meal.

Her and daddy are still hitting the gym whether it is at home or they go out. I also make sure they play with me a lot so I get my own exercise too. Even though sometimes I get myself into trouble with that, like when Boss Mommy was hanging photos in her office, hehehe, but it was so much fun. Boss Mommy and Runpa have started running again together, they had to take a short break, Boss Mommy still ran, but it isn’t the same without Runpa and sister Loki.

Some other things Boss Mommy is working on, a Couch to 5K program, Power of Conflict Review, Runner Safety, Big Box Gym vs Boutique Gym and a couple more topics I have been sworn to secrecy about, okay let’s be honest I may have missed some of them on my list cause Boss Mommy gave me treats!
