Chill Pill – Sleep Aid Device Review

Sleep one of the most important things you can do in your daily lives… But who else besides me has trouble sleeping? Or with anxiety? OR both? I want to take a look at a device that is designed to help all of that it is called the Chill Pill and I found it on Amazon when my chronic insomnia started to re-appear (I have suffered with this on and off for years, some more severe than others). I also found similar reviews and devices from others on Yes.Fit, but choose this model myself to give it a shot.

Now the, Chill Pill, ” stimulates neurotransmitters in the cerebral cortex to regulate mood and thus promote sleep. With this product, the hands can be properly stimulated so that anxiety can be relieved with the same hand and brain frequency. Stay away from drugs, stimulate acupoints, promote relaxation and release stress, and make you sleep peacefully” It is very small, and fits in the palm of your hand while you sleep.

This device has its ups and downs, do I think it helps me? Not all the time, at the time I am writing this post, I spent two days with little to no sleep and I tried to use the device one of those days. However, I do think it has improved on my ability to go to sleep faster or in a deeper sleep. I have noticed those changes. Another upside to the device is the light when it is on, can serve as a good flashlight to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Downside, these devices are not Coach Thor friendly and I had to recently by a new one because he broke the strap as it is very much just like a rubber band.

Overall, I think the device is worth a shot if you have serve chronic insomnia, just do not have high expectations because not everything works for everyone. However, there are plenty of other ways to try to manage your insomnia and sleep, and we will continue to revisit this subject as I look into more research.

Keep an eye out on Monday! There will be a special Halloween post
